Some services are free (education, basic support, community outreach updates), while clinical or personalized sessions may have a fee depending on the provider and service type. Any cost (if applicable) will show before you confirm your booking.
Yes. MamaSmart offers Virtual Support (WhatsApp/Phone) for mothers who may not be able to visit the clinic easily. You can book a virtual session and receive guidance, check-ins, and referrals based on your needs.
If you have danger signs (heavy bleeding, severe headache, blurred vision, fever, severe abdominal pain, reduced baby movement, trouble breathing), please seek emergency care immediately or go to the nearest health facility. MamaSmart supports care navigation but does not replace emergency services.
We only collect the information needed to support your care and bookings, and we do not sell your data. Access is limited to authorized staff/providers for service delivery, follow-ups, and referrals, based on your consent.
